Happy 88th birthday, Noor Jehan! So, what shall I do this year to celebrate the birthday of my favorite singer in South Asian cinema?

Actually, that is the main thing that I did in my Noor Jehan birthday post last year. Going even further back than all of those Noor Jehan birthday posts (i.e., about five and a half years back), I posted two parts of an interview with Noor Jehan on British television (from some time in the ’90s), which also contained some great old film clips. I don’t know why I posted only half of the interview, because the entire interview is very good. Considering, also, that so much time has passed since I posted from that interview at all, I have decided that this would be a good time to show it in its entirety. I hope that other people appreciate this as much as I did!
